Details for a Booze Cruise / Pub Crawl:
Double Decker Bus – Strictly no more than 60 passengers!
Single Decker Bus – Strictly no more than 40 passengers!
Yes Alc. Is allowed on the bus.
NO GLASS BEVERAGES WILL BE ALLOWED!
STRICTLY NO SMOKING WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE BUS!
The use of E-Cigarettes will be permitted.
ANY OTHER SPECIAL HIRE EVENT THAT DOES NOT ENTAIL THE USE OF ALC.:
Double Decker Bus – 80 seated passengers.
Single Decker Bus – 50 seated and 30 standing passengers (within the City).
NB! A 50% deposit is payable upon accepting the quotation.
All documentation must be SIGNED IN FULL and sent back ASAP.
THIS WILL ALSO SECURE YOUR BOOKING!
We have a “First come first serve” policy in order to secure the date of your trip.
(Non-refundable after seven (7) days of payment).
Send your Proof of Payment IMMEDIATELY after making payment in order to EFFECTIVELY SECURE YOUR DATE AND BOOKING.
We do not deal with any venues to make bookings/reservations. It remains the responsibility of the hirer.
No food/beverages are sold on the bus.
You are more than welcome to bring your own snacks on board.
Pre arrangements can be made when and if the customer/s would like to decorate the bus.
No damages are to be caused in this event!
The bus (Double Decker) is 4.5 meters in height.
It remains responsibility of the hirer to make sure the route is accessible for the bus at all times (with regards to low hanging trees/branches, power lines and bridges as well as narrow roads or gateways and very steep inclines/declines).
We have no toilet facilities on board our buses.
Our Double Decker Bus is fitted with a Public Address System.
Both our buses have sound systems which allow seamless connection via Bluetooth, allowing you to play your own choice of music.
